Watervale Equity Partners Recapitalizes PGF Technology Group and MIS Controls
Cleveland, Ohio (April 29, 2024) – Watervale Equity Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm, has recapitalized PGF Technology Group and MIS Controls (Collectively, “PGF”). Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
PGF, headquartered in Rochester Hills, Michigan is a leading electrical manufacturing service provider of highly complex cable & wire harness assemblies, printed circuit board assemblies, and electrical panels & enclosures for high growth industrial automation, medical, and aerospace & defense end markets. The Company excels in working with customers to develop application specific solutions and the manufacturing of high-mix, low volume high cost of failure products.
